This Privacy Policy applies to: the NovelSights website; the NovelSights web application; related communications, including email updates, onboarding messages, and support communications.

A. Information you provide directly

Name. Email address. Account login credentials or authentication identifiers. Billing and subscription details. Research preferences, selected topics, saved items, and other content you submit. Messages you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

B. Information collected automatically

IP address. Device type, browser type, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP. Pages viewed, referring URLs, clicks, session activity, and timestamps. Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, analytics, and product performance.

C. Information from third parties

Payment status and limited billing metadata from payment processors. Authentication data from login providers, if you use social or third-party sign-in. Public or licensed content and metadata from third-party sources that support the NovelSights service.
